Important Note About the Service

The service provided through this website is limited to identity verification for HM Land Registry forms ID1, ID2 and ID5. The solicitor does not provide legal advice or act in any property transaction unless separately instructed.

Technical and Identification Issues

Identity verification appointments are conducted remotely using secure video technology and identity verification systems.

In order for verification to be completed successfully, clients must ensure they have:

  • a stable internet connection
  • a compatible device with camera access
  • valid and acceptable identification documents

Where verification cannot be completed due to internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, poor video quality, or unacceptable identification documents, it may not be possible to complete the verification during the scheduled appointment.

In such circumstances, a new appointment may be required.
